Tasks and Responsibilities:
The Spaceopal (SPO) Quality Manager in cooperation with the SPO Product Assurance and Quality Team holds a staff function and is reporting to the SPO Chief Executive Officer.
Quality Management and Assurance
PA/QA support functions
The Quality Manager shall support the PA/QA team in the definition, design, engineering and execution of all Product Assurance activities.
This includes in details:
Quality Management and Assurance
- Maintaining and continuous improvement of the Quality System, including the associated management documentation and ISO certifications
- Planning and coordination of internal audits as per Internal Audit Plan
- Planning and coordination of the yearly Management Reviews including Reporting
- Performing customer satisfaction evaluations
- Support Surveillance Audit (e.g ISO 9001 and ISO 14001)
- Perform subcontractor audits as per GSOp Audit Plan
- Updating and continuous improvement of QMS Manual, QMS procedures & processes, QMS templates
- QMS Training on company processes and procedures
- Perform Subcontractor/Supplier evaluations and rating
PA/QA support functions
The Quality Manager shall support the PA/QA team in the definition, design, engineering and execution of all Product Assurance activities.
This includes in details:
- Contribution to the planning, implementation and management of Product Assurance/Quality Assurance activities in all Galileo project FOC phases
- Contribution to surveillance, audit and management of subcontractors with respect to product assurance, quality and safety related duties
- Contribution to define, develop and ensure delivery of Product Assurance and Safety concepts and plans for the Galileo FOC phase
- Involvement on the set-up and management of a Non-Conformance control program
- Contribution to the coordination of internal and external project quality audits
- Planning and Execution/Support of PA routine and special audits in the frame of the different projects and at Company Level
